Hi, I’m Andrea.

Perhaps this is your first time exploring if counseling or coaching could help you. It’s a big step forward and I understand that you may be nervous. I get it. Clients that are the most successful working with me are those that are open in our sessions and understand that results aren’t instantaneous.

I'm not your typical counselor and I don't think counseling should be a clinical or sterile experience. That sounds awful! I use humor in my sessions and real words…not “counselor talk”.  I believe that counseling is a place where you should feel comfortable to be your true self.  When we work together, I truly keep this in mind. Therapy or coaching with me is like having a conversation with a friend over coffee.  I’m understanding of your situation and life views, and I pride myself on my curiosity about your path in life.

Our sessions will be interactive and I’m not going to just ask repeatedly “how do you feel about that?” I’m going to work with you and help you reach your goals, gain self-awareness, and obtain relief from overwhelming stress and anxiety.
